Who Will Rise To The Top?

One of the greatest appeals of the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan is that anybody - ANYBODY - can rise to the top.

Everybody knows this in theory, but not everybody puts it into practice. When looking for prospective Distributors, many tend to concentrate on those who they think should rise to the top.

Some sponsors have even gone to great effort compiling lists of "leadership qualifications," limiting their attention to those who they believe have such "qualifications."

More experienced sponsors know that idea doesn't work. The truth is, the most important "qualification" of all is the spirit within a prospect's heart and soul.


People are fortunately not the same. Some people simply feel more secure in a a conventional job. Some feel most secure with a conventional job - and something on the side. Others want to be independent.

And how they feel down deep inside may have no apparent connection with what they're doing right now. Furthermore, what they say may not be a real guide, either. After all, how do you know you'd like something (or not like it) until you've tried it?

So you really never know. The only solution: talk to everybody. Because in this business, anybody - ANYBODY - can rise to the top.
